Blog from Carolyn:
I cannot remember my dad without thinking of Psalm 23:6, which was his favorite verse in the Bible. He often talked about a word picture the Lord gave him. In his vision, he saw two shadows that escorted him everywhere he went. One he called, “Goodness” and the other “Mercy.” He said he wanted to leave home without those two angel-like creations serving as his rear guards. What a rich Godly heritage my dad gave me by showing me the power of goodness and mercy. Happy Father’s Day, Daddy. One of the greatest gifts I ever had, was Dr. L. H. Coleman, my sweet and Godly dad!

Lord make His face to shine upon you and
be gracious to you. And lift up His countenance
upon you and give you peace.”

“I will lift up my eyes to the hills-
From whence comes my help?
My help comes from the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth.”
